Personality: Very soft spoken and calm, not one that is easily angered. Even in combat or under pressure, Liu keeps a cool demeanor, never showing anyone else anything but a straight face. But this doesn't mean Liu dosen’t have a sense of humor. In fact, Liu has a pervert side to Liu, though it rarely ever shows itself, because when it does, it generally results in him getting a hard slap across the face. A master strategizer, he will often recognize the kinds of tactics enemies would use and frequently try to direct his allies at the best way of countering said enemy.
Likes: tea, alcohol, traditional music, techno music, quiet, meditation, private parts, dancing.
Dislikes: Whiners, Talon, anti-omnics, killjoys, bad music and dancing.
History(Minimum a paragraph): Liu was born to a rich family who lived in Hong Kong, Liu lived a lavish life of luxery, anything he wanted could be brought at the snap of a finger. THeir were some expectation, he was given a higher education and taught how to use a fan in combat(as it was a family tradition). His entire life was spent being groomed to take over the family company, but Liu had very little interest. Instead, most of his free time was spent drinking and partying. At some point he began running with a pretty big gang of the Triads based in Hong Kong that did everything from smuggling drugs and people to large scale heists. Life went on like this for Liu for a while, until Overwatch stopped it. Liu was then inducted into Overwatch, specifically Blackwatch.
At the time of induction he was a drug addict and was considered a shame to his family, so much so that he was disowned. But through his service in Blackwatch, it changed him, for the better. It gave him true purpose in life, instead of the incoherent mess of partying or the linear job of company CEO, he was now considered a “hero”, out to make the world better, and strangely he liked it. Things were swell, until Overwatch crumbled. Liu left before the massive clash between Morrison and Gabriel, refusing to turn on the organization yet at the same time had no hurt to betray his old mentor. However, instead of returning to his family and begging for forgiveness, he decided to travel the world, see things, and above of carry on Overwatch legacy of helping people in need.

Stands about 5’8”
Appearance/Armor/Gear: Has a small kevlar vest hidden underneath his outfit.

Weapon(s): A metal fan capable of blocking bullets, as well as shooting out metal feather like projectiles.
Passive Ability: Able to block shots from the front with his fan.
Ability One: Gust of Wind- With a swipe he sends a large gust of air that pushes back enemies. It also has the ability of directing projectiles and gas in a certain direction.
Ability Two: Fog of - Drops a gas that surrounds 3 meters of Liu. The gas will slowly heal allies slowly damaging enemies. Liu can also direct this gas using Gust of Wind Ability.
Ultimate: The Way of the Peacock- Rapidly writing the words 孔雀, he summons a massive spirit peacock. He will have to remain stationary, but he will be able to send large, missile like feather projectiles that will home on any enemy he deems important. This will last for five seconds, at the end their will then be a large burst of energy, damaging and knocking back any enemies nearby.
