Z is a doting older brother, maybe too much so, and can easily come off as overprotective not just to Zan, but the rest of his friends as well.
Z has a tendency to make simple situations into complicated ones, owed to his habit of analyzing the hell out of everything to find every possible way a situation could go wrong, or right. While he isn't one to kowtow to other people, he will often listen when she speaks more than he will when other people do.
