The night was young and the sky was dark. Small white stars sparkled in the moonlight as Ariel ran and jumped across rooftops. One of the omnic monks was going to speak today at a ceremony for the death of Terkhatha Mondatta. It was a bold move really. To hold another ceremony so soon after he was assassinated was a bold move indeed. To bold to her superiors. As soon as the date of the ceremony was announced she was immediately called to take care of the situation. She was already equip with her many explosives, fire proof suit, and pistols. As she made her way to her destination her senses were on edge. Her ears strained to hear the slightest sound and her eyes were peeled for the slightest sign of an Overwatch agent. Last time, Tracer had nearly prevented Widowmaker from assassinating Mondatta. And Ariel wanted this to go perfectly smooth with no confrontation with the Overwatch.
She stopped when she was across the street on a tall building. She stared down at the crowd with a blank expression. She almost felt pity for what the citizens were about to witness. Almost. Checking her surrounding one last time she grabbed her gun and took aim.
This is perfect! There was nobody here to stop her. And from this height she would nearly impossible to see from below. All it took now was one shot, one bullet, to finish the job.
