Personality:
Jasper always says simple things in too many words, he over-talks, but he is a very talented orator, his humor tends to be very dry, sarcasm and clever quips are his strong suit, he always keeps a close eye on politics, making him a very aware person. He often tends to wax poetic in his writing, and uses very romantic speech with a very dramatic writing style, Jasper aims to grab emotions rather than just give dry facts. He can be a tad arrogant, and tends to come off like he knows more than you without meaning to, though he is unafraid to stretch his mental muscles to dance words around someone.
He has to be told quite often that he is waffling on and on, and it's never a bad idea to cut in and get his point across for him in fewer words than he is. He gets excited very easily and can act quite childish when he is very excited about a story. A tad abrasive at times, and a tad 'extra', few people can keep up with him effectively. Jasper is extremely ambitious, will put his dreams above all else, even friends though he rarely means to do this, he has burned his fair share of bridges when he felt that someone was holding him back.
People have often told Jasper that he writes as if he's running out of time, as he never seems to stop, churning out short stories, essays, books in inhuman amounts of time. The reality is more that writing staves off his anxiety and keeps his mind at ease. Diagnosed with a rather severe generalized anxiety disorder, which is his deepest secret, writing keeps him from losing his head late at night when he seems to be the most prone to panic attacks. He has no problems with social situations however, and tends to be a social butterfly who loves being around people.
