Back Story:
She worked in the children's wing of the hospital. It was always her dream to be a nurse, to help the sick and injured. She loved to visit the children and watch their smiles as she'd read to them. It was her gift, she supposed. Working with children. She had always dreamed of having her own, someday. The hospital was the center of her life, and she never wanted it to change.
It was forced on her, however. An agreement to give omnics a part of the land so they could mine omnium. The hospital had been built right on top of a very potent source. She couldn't stop them. She couldn't even protest. She was transferred a different location, but it was so small and ill-prepared for use, it made her furious. She took up arms against the omnics, but always found a way to make time for the children that still remained hospitalized.
The explosion... It was devastating. The very little that she had was taken away from her. She survived (though one of her eyes was quite literally poked out), but the patients... They did not. It broke her heart, and invoked stoicism within her. This was the fault of the omnics. They destroyed her life, and everything she had loved. She joined the Vultures.
The fight is never over.
