These are important to any forum, these are the yes and no's of our little forum, as well as some general information regarding characters and how they will work.
IC ROLEPLAY RULES
- You can have as many character as you think you can handle, you may store them all on one account or make a new one for each character, whichever method is easier for you.
- OC profiles do not need to be approved for you to begin RPing, but will be monitored and looked over for any mistakes or overpowered traits
- Power playing, that is, taking control of another person's character without their permission is not allowed. If you have permission to do so, that's okay.
- Killing another player's character without their permission is not allowed, if you have the player's permission have at it.
- Consent consent consent is what I'm getting at here, it is very important when it comes to drastic changes and happenings in an RP.
- Please try to keep your character's abilities and weapons reasonable if they are a member of any of the official groups. Think of it this way "How much would I hate fighting against them in a match in game?" If your character is an insta-win they're probably a wee bit too powerful.
ON CANON CHARACTERS
IMPORTANT:: Canon characters are, for the most part, on a first come first served basis. If you are interested in playing one of the canon Overwatch characters, please fill out the correct form as if you were applying for an OC. These will be looked at a bit more closely, so put as much umph as you can into them! You are absolutely encouraged to develop and put your own spin on your canon character!
