Personality: Olivia is usually slacking off of work and goofing around. When she actually gets to her missions she's generally competent, getting business done as quickly as possible. She's lazy but calm under fire and loves to get under people's skin. Many consider her annoying. She loves the sense of freedom and immunity being in Talon gets her. She's exceptional at surveillance and espionage, and interrogation and torture are guilty pleasures of hers. Occasionally she'll pull off random heists just for the thrill of it. She loves coffee, making fun of cheesy "comedy" movies, staying up all night on the internet, and reading manga. She usually tweets out about stuff she stole or people she killed, and she posts videos of herself online where she breaks into places people tell her too just to see if she can.
Back Story:
Born in Ottowa, Olivia grew up with her parents and two older brothers. Her family was well off and happy, and like all spoiled kids, she grew bored. So naturally, like any bored rich kid who wanted attention, she stole a ton of stuff and got in a lot of fights. Whatever she could do to create disorder and stir up trouble, she did. She graduated to college with above average grades and got an internship due to pressure from her parents and teachers. Not interested in getting some random fatcat coffee, she blew off work and started to rob her boss blind instead. When she got caught after months or so, instead of turning her in, her boss directed her to his crime lord associates, and she finally found where she belonged. For a few years to did odd jobs like smuggling, burglary, assassination, and arms dealing. After being caught in a sting by Overwatch she had to choose between joining Blackwatch or being arrested. When Blackwatch was disbanded she moved to Talon like most other agents. She doesn't really have any long term plans, just to get rich and wing it. Although I'd imagine her on some island tons of years from now just chilling.

Pierce (Passive): Attacks bypass shields and armor
Throwing Knife: A small dagger that inflicts bleeding damage and a minor debuff to damage. If it hits, the cooldown is 6 seconds, if it misses, it's 8 seconds.
Draw Blood: A painful stab with her spear that absorbs a small amount of health from the target. It has a cooldown of 8 seconds.
Death Sentence (Ultimate): She appears near the last target she attacked and slashes at them violently. Moderate charge rate. Sound warning before ult, like most other characters.
Weapon(s):
A long polearm with intricate drawings of demons carved into the blade and handle. It has a black and red glow to it. It is somehow linked to Olivia through a small tattoo on her wrist. It can absorb the life force from other living things and Olivia can use it to regenerate cells.
