Abel is the light, Abel is the good in the world, Abel only wants to help people and make the world a better place. He had a sense of right and wrong and never strays from the path of justice, he has a calm and dignified air about him befitting of a leader. Nothing has ever shaken Abel's faith in humanity and nothing ever will, he sees only light in everyone, no matter their past or their crimes, he will forgive you always, as that's what Abel does. He is also one of the kindest people you will ever meet, soft hearted and polite with a manner of speaking that never fails to put people at ease, he is someone you can trust because he always greets with smiles and cheerful hello's. Ever the considerate ray of sunshine, he wants you to be happy because it makes him happy. Abel also has a gentle hand and a gentle way about him, every motion and word as careful as an archaeologist, he knows that people are fragile, and he will treat you with all the care in the world. He always seems to know just what to say, and even though Abel believes in never lying to someone, he can spin his truths in a way that makes it hard to take offense, a gentle sort of honesty that most people end up appreciating, it's impossible to be angry at Abel.

Cain is the sin, Cain is the darkness that creeps over you when you know you're dying whether you want to or not. He is an immensely violent person, unafraid of hurting other people and unafraid of the consequences of doing so. Cain has a hair-trigger temper and once he's set off he will stick a knife in you, and he's not afraid to twist the blade. Cain is a murderer with no qualms about killing anyone, and even seems to get a sick jolly out of doing it. He is a perverse, disgusting degenerate with no moral compass and no regards for human decency, just as likely to grab and kiss a stranger as he is to flat out grope them unannounced. Creepy is putting it mildly. Cain is a lover of one night stands and sleeping with whoever he can charm into his bed with his sick airs and graces, male or female, he doesn't care, if it moves he'll stick his dick in it. Cain is also the definition of a hedonist, he lives for the moment, in the moment, and more than anything lives to serve his own needs and wants. A major drinker, drug user, all around dark, dirty party goer, the more seedy the gathering, the more in his element he is. His most terrifying feature, however, is his absolute lack of feeling or empathy for anyone or anything but himself, no morals, no regards to any person or law, he is guided by primal urges and dark needs. A animal in the barest sense.
History:
Abel was the favorite child, second born and more loved than Cain would ever be. Cain was heavily abused for most of his life while he watched his brother showered in affection and loved, a child born of hatred, feeding from envy for what his baby brother constantly got from his mother and father. His was a life of trauma and pain, so it was no surprise when it came to a head and ended with the death of his brother Abel. He hadn't meant to kill him, but his anger ate away at him until he wrapped his fingers around his brother's throat and squeezed the life from him.
It broke him, stole away whatever humanity Cain had left and left a boy broken and cold, and he only grew colder as he aged. His grief and guilt over his deed inevitably manifested as a split personality, Abel is the one that people get close to because people like Abel. Cain comes out when a smell or a sound brings him back to the dark places where he was abused and traumatized. But most of the time Cain is somewhere between the two, a broken man who seems to always be shaking, who never seems to sleep and barely managed to care for himself. He wanders with no real place to go, needing help but not knowing where to find it. Abel is triggered into the forefront by pleasant things, baked goods ad laughter. Cain comes out when people yell or fight, the sounds of pain or the smell of blood. He suffers from a severe Dissociative Identity Disorder, and displays the symptoms that come a long with that.
THE OUTSIDE
Overall Appearance: Tall and wirey, usually looks like he hasn't slept or taken care of himself in days or weeks, Abel tends to dress very pleasantly, where as Cain prefers darker colors.
Height: 6'
Hair Color/Style: Black and long, incredibly messy, looks unwashed a lot. Abel tends to pull in back in a neat ponytail while Cain will wear his more loose and dishevelled.
Eye Color: Bright blue
Attire: Abel dresses in sweater vests and scarves, very pleasant. Cain's clothes are usually ripped and torn, usually dark colors with questionable dark stains.
Attire: Cain prefers to strangle and mutilate with bare hands, but he'll gut you with a nasty hunting knife if he has it on hand.
