Personality: Kitten is normally very childish, prancing around in excitement and pushing her nose into things with a blunt curiosity you’d expect to find on a ten year old. When she's not working it's rare to see her without a smile or the start of a bored pout on her face. She tends to get distracted very easily and is rather needy and selfish.

Her childish behavior can extent to such a point that some tend to assume she's mentally ill or suffering from some form of handicap. It'd be easy to believe this for quite a while if it weren't for the tinges of cold calculation that creep into actions and words. Despite her usual behavior Kitten is frighteningly intelligent with an almost encyclopedic knowledge of medicine, chemistry, computer tech, and electronics.

However in spite of her vast intelligence Kitten remains largely ignorant and poorly informed outside of a set of key subjects. She could tell you the chemical composition of the average human body and the steps necessary to make drastic, inhumane changes in order to enhance it, but she doesn’t know how to tie her own shoes.

Back Story: Chat Le'Neil was born in Quebec, Canada to a pair of acclaimed doctors in the field of   body chemistry manipulation and neural alteration. Shortly after she was born marital issues between her mother and father intensified, leading to her mother to walk out of her life forever. Chat's father, Drewder Walker, was left to take care of her which he did in a hands off manner.

He wished to use body modification and neutral manipulation to eliminate disease and mental illness, so his research too precedent over his daughter in Drewder's mind. However ever since the Omnic crisis many had come to see his research as too radical to accept and questioned the moral lines that could be crossed.

Desperate for test subjects to accelerate his research as well as funding, Drewder Walker began to work with criminal organizations to get what he needed. Kitten meanwhile saw less of her father then she already did and wound up either left alone or looked after by what few friends her father had left. It didn't bother Kitten, at least at the time, and she remained as happy and playful as always.

Meanwhile her father benefited from his illegal dealings and as a reward got his hands on dozens of test subjects.  In the aftermath of the Omnic Crisis the number of refugees left homeless and displaced was staggering, allowing for over hundred people to disappear without anyone batting an eye until months later. 

By the time Kitten was ten years old Dr. Walker had made incredible headway into his research. Through horrendous abuse and experimentation on live human subjects he'd perfected many of his previously theorized techniques leaving him with a veritable treasure trove of data. The data could put him in the history books as a genius...or send him away to prison for the rest of his existance for crimes against humanity.

Overwatch had begun to investigate into rumors regarding human experimentation and Walker knew it was only a matter of time before they looked to him for answers. Even with the advancements in computer technology Walker simply had too much data to easily hide it. If he left the data as it was Overwatch was guaranteed to find it regardless of where he put the storage devices, yet he couldn't delete years of precious work.

Walker needed a way to hide the data in plain site without damaging it.

As Kitten's father fearfully looked for a solution Kitten herself became concerned with how little she saw of her father and ask him why he wasn't around.

"We'll talk about it later." Her father said, brushing her off and sending her on her way to school.

That day Kitten's class was taken on a field trip to the newly established Omnic Crisis Monument where the husks of defeated Omnium war machines were on display with the heroic tales of Overwatch. It was supposed to be fun, but Kitten couldn't help but feel upset after speaking her her father and wandered away from the group.

Wandering out onto what had been a battlefield some years before, Kitten accidentally activated a buried Omnic Combat robot which attacked her on sight. An Overwatch agent who'd arrived to speak with the class, heard the commotion and managed to dispatch the machine before it could do too much damage.

However Kitten had been shot in the head and her left arm all but ripped off. 

It was only thanks to Overwatch that she survive as their presence at the scene allowed her to get the medical treatment needed to stabilize her. However the damage was severe and even with the best medical tech available, Kitten was left in critical condition with little chance of surviving more then a few days.

Where others saw a tragedy, Kitten’s father saw opportunity.

Taking his daughter under his care Dr. Walker proceeded to do surgery on Kitten. He replaced the damaged section of her brain with an advanced bio-processing unit and altered the neural pathways of her brain to work with it as if it had been a natural part of her since birth. After recovering from the surgery Kitten regained consciousness, missing an arm but seemingly unharmed with no signs of brain damage past scattered memory loss.

The public was astounded and hailed Walker as a hero, so much so that even Overwatch began to consider if they'd been lead in the wrong direction regarding the human experimentation cases.

Walker however couldn't give a damn less about his daughter. While he had saved her life the bio-processing unit he'd placed inside her head also doubled as a storage unit. By altering the pathways of Kitten's brain he'd turned her into a high capacity data storage device that he could dump his research data into and hide it from prying eyes as no one knew the existence of the storage device but him and his new associates.

Kitten soon began to feel the effects of the device as soon as she got home. She began to forget things, names of friends, the street she lived on, her home phone number, and began to 'remember' unusual tidbits of information. Formulas, chemical compositions, and other scientific things that no ten year old could know.

The storage unit and neural alterations had the unintentional side effect of giving Kitten full access and understanding of the info put in her head. This came at the cost of her own memories however as the more info her father uploaded the more of herself she seemed to lose. Kitten told her father what was happening but he didn't care. Even as she struggled he continued the regular uploads until his data was safe inside her head, leaving Kitten a cold, unemotional husk of a person.

Walker might have gotten away scott free if he hadn't tried to double cross his benefactors.

Talon.

Promptly killed for his betrayal, Talon began to look for the information he'd mentioned and soon discovered Kitten. Initially they intended to simply remove the storage unit from her head, but after realizing the information was stored directly inside her mind and that she could not only recite but act on information available to her, Talon kidnapped Kitten to use for their own ends.

Kitten at the time did not resist. The upload and the loss of so much of herself made it difficult to feel anything. 

Given a lab and tasked with various things, Kitten soon became an immensely valuable asset to Talon and their obedient slave. Over the course of two years she did unspeakable things and slowly grew to enjoy them, developing some measure of will and feeling towards her experiments and procedures. A desire to create became apparent when Talon kidnapped the wife of an important Overwatch member and tasked her with reconditioning her to kill her husband.

Doing so proved easy with her know-how and the following alterations to the women's body, slowing her heart and repressing her emotions gave Kitten a feeling of excitement and happiness she hadn't felt in years.

At just twelve years old she'd destroyed a women and created a deadly assassin.

Of course Kitten didn't understand the full nature of she had done. Outside of the information crammed into her had little else made sense. Over the course of the following five years Kitten gradually began to recover. She began experiencing stronger emotions and showing more of a personality until she was bounding around her lab like the ten year old she had once been.

As of now she works for Talon both as a doer of perverse scientific deeds and a field agent, though has begun to escape their care and wander off more and more. Most of the time they simply send an agent to recover her, but many in Talon's ranks wish to have her eliminated as the data in her head could prove devastating to the organization...

Disorienting Serum- Kitten brews up and loads up her Nano Serum gun with a fresh batch of potent hallucinogens. Enemies hit with the serum will become dizzy and experience skewed vision from possible hallucinations, making it difficult to aim and maneuver. 

Super Soldier Serum- Cooking up a failed, but fast acting super soldier serum, Kitten injects it into her veins for a boost of speed and damage resistance. It only lasts a couple of seconds and leaves her slower and more vulnerable afterwards, but it's ideal for getaways and blitz attacks. 

Weapon(s):

Nano-Serum Injector: Mounted on Kitten's arm is a nano-serum processor and administration device that can rapidly produce serums. The serums can either be beneficial or debilitating, ideal for self-use or administering to enemies. The injector can be used in melee range (injecting enemies with the armor piercing needle stake) or at a range, firing dozens of armor piercing needles in rapid succession. 

The attacks don't do a lot of damage, but the rate of fire and the de-buff effects carried in the needles can make an otherwise easy fight against Kitten difficult.
