Will the real Jack Morrison, please stand up? [Soldier 76]

Jack noted the movement sensors going off on athena's panels. "Athena can you give me a visual on what's banging?" he asked and the AI brought up what was asked. "Thoughts?"

"It appears to be an omnic, unknown origins; he is wearing Overwatch insignia resembling your old uniform," she said with a curious lithe to her voice. "Giving you audio feed; would you like me to open the door?" There was a bit of almost like a laugh in her tone. What was so funny?

Morrison raised a brow and listened to the feed, was this machine claiming to be him? Really? It must be scrambled, dressed up like the Strike-Commander, and trying to mimic his voice in an over the top fashion. He tilted his head. Time to stop playing a joke? Well he seemed pretty harmless, a scrambled omnic was the least dangerous thing currently in this building. "Sure, open the door let him in, I'm on my way down." Jack grabbed his jacket and tossed it on as he moved down from his office. The big metal doors opened up, nice breeze came in through them. Gibraltar was a really beautiful place, Jack had to wonder if they had horses somewhere around here, he wouldn't mind taking Jesse out riding sometime.

His eyes were drawn to the bot who was mimicking his former attire. "Uhm, hey there can I help you?" he asked curious expression on his face.

He stepped back when the doors finally creaked into life and opened. About time. His hands found their way to his hips as he stood there, trying to look tall and important even though he stood nearly a head shorter than Jack himself, "it's about time someone let me in." His tone was wounded and clearly offended, "what kind of game do you think you're playing leaving your Commander locked out of his own base?" He tilted his head at the question when the man finally spoke, standing at attention and giving a salute, "sorry I'm late, transportation issues." After a brief moment he relaxed his stance and strode right in past Jack, looking around with a scrutinizing huff, or something akin to it.

"This place has seen better days, hasn't it?" He turned to Jack, the real one, and stood with an important air, "are you here to brief me? I realize my absence has most likely caused me to miss important details." He turned from Jack, the real one, and continued into the base, looking for all the world like he actually thought he was right where he needed to be. He had to get the team back together after all, there was still so much left to do.

Jack stared confused at the robot for a while as he asked if the commander would be briefing him, he started to chuckle. Oh this was magical. "Excuse me you're Strike Commander Morrison? I expected him to be, taller;" mused 76 as he looked over the bot a bit and then glanced around at the rest of the people here. He got a few curious looks from a clone army, and he raised his hand like he'd fix it. Figure it out. "Sorry, sir, we honestly didn't know you were coming; you see you've been dead a while." He had to stifle a laugh. This was ridiculous. Why was he humouring this obviously lost omnic?

"Yeah, used to shine, just like everything from the old days," he replied following after the bot. "Brief you? No, not as such; here why don't we talk in my- your office." He had a smirk on his face, as he moved back up the stairs to his office. It said Strike-Commander Jack Morrison on the door and everything, being the leader had it's perks. "I'm sure we can figure something out."

He gave an affirmative nod, confirming that he was indeed who he said he was, and giving a chuckle, "I get that a lot, this team..." He was glancing around at those gathered as he walked, "they all look the same...Is this everyone?" He could have swore there had been more...Variety to Overwatch the last time he saw the team together, "Where is Ana, Dr.Ziegler, and....Everyone?!" He certainly did not remember Overwatch being made up of...An army of teenagers. He gave a laugh, "I will just have to whip my team into shape, won't I?"

And the comment about being dead, he waved a hand dismissively, "the news will print anything they think will sell." He followed after Jack as he led him along, "ah good, what's your name anyway? Your face isn't familiar to me." He linked his fingers and made a gesture like he was cracking his knuckles, his tone eager, "It feels good to be back in action, feels like I've been gone too long!"
