Personality: She is a very powerful woman, and she knows it. She is not afraid to put those below her in their place, and everyone is below her. She is not afraid to speak her mind and will ensure that everything is kept according to plan. She also likes to avoid keeping her hands dirty, after all, she has agents to handle her problems, while she can just pull the strings behind the scenes. A natural communicator and manipulator, Tamara will do whatever it takes to ensure that, at the end of the day, she in the one on top of the world, no matter who or what her throne has to be on top of.
Back Story:She was not born an evil mastermind, of course, her father was a soldier for hire and she was exposed to the world of the shady underbelly of things that way. As she grew older, she began to become more involved, first serving as a liaison for two groups, then establishing command over her own group, to eventually usurping the leader of Talon, it's former leader resigning under “mysterious circumstances”. From there, she began conducting operations and hiring all manner of scum and villainy to be her muscle, including a recently reborn Gabriel Reyes, now going as Reaper, and a mentally destroyed and physiologically altered Overwatch Agent now known as Widowmaker in addition to a small army of soldiers to carry out her whims, whatever they may be.

Weapon(s): Various forms of poison kept in syringes tucked beneath her finger nails that can be used either to paralyze, inflict great amounts of pain, or even cause death. She also carries a pistol with her at all times, just as a precaution.
