McCree is Farsighted and that's why he's always squinting cause he can't see anything close to him.
76 loves racing, and terrible beer. And he has mixed signals constantly, with terrible jokes. Probably a dork under the grizzle and salt, but he tries not to let that show.
Zenyatta doesn't understand how to be upset, and instead greets everything with a pleasant attitude. He has no idea what it means to be truly enraged.
Junkrat suffers from a bad case of can't remember shit, important faces and details stick fairly well, but if you tell him to remember something he definitely wont. He largely depends on Hog to remember things for him. He can forget what he was saying mid sentence it's so bad sometimes.
Shows a lot of the symptoms that someone with adhd might show, though naturally this has never been confirmed given his situation, it's a pretty safe bet that he's got it.
Has little to no impulse control(thanks McCree), thinks in the immediate moment rather than the future, he tends to not think of the consequences, which causes him to unknowingly hurt more people than he means to.
He was a HUGE fan of the original strike team as a kid, especially Jack and Ana, while most people gave up and lost faith in them, he never did.
He is actually a huge brat, almost seems like he never grew up, prone to childish outbursts and even ridiculous tantrums, he is a pain in the ass to deal with on a regular day.
He has HORRIBLE hearing due to some gnarly Tinnitus, if it seems like he's ignoring you, he probably just genuinely didn't hear you. Needs things repeated to him A LOT. He can hear better from the front than the back.
Can remove both his arm and leg prosthetic if needed, but because of his vulnerable he is without them, he tends to be very self conscious without them, usually sleeps without them for comfort's sake.

Ansell, Literally can't handle big groups, at all, like we're talking putting a wild tiger in the middle of new york levels of stress. His fight or flight is active non-stop. He has a habit of shoot first and ask later.
But in my head I think he's incredibly self-conscious, when near people he will never take his mask off if it can be avoided. He doesn't even know his name half the time. Kinda sad.
Lucio always smells fruity. No matter what. Mainly like apple cinnamon or green apples. He also loves the color green. Especially neon green. Despite making only techno music, he loves all kinds of music. Unsure about country though. He can't say any bad words, even when real angry. If he starts saying them, then something is really wrong.
He is a bit shorter when he takes off his blades and has a huge fear of ghosts. Scare him real bad, he'll cry.
McCree is indeed farsighted and has a hard time reading/seeing stuff up close, unless he knows what he's doing. He loves to eat spicy foods. He always has a small scent to him, country smell. He loves dogs and horses. He's also very ashamed of his left arm, always trying to hide it when out and about unless he needs to use it.
- Reaper actually hates being teased about liking Linkin Park and My Chemical Romance. He hates them.
- He likes things like AC/DC, Iron Maiden, Metallica, etc
- He's actually very monsterous under his mask. Red, piercing eyes, fangs, skin that looked like it was ripped off and showing his bones. However he always makes himself look more human around people he knows, otherwise he's an actual monster. He can also let out the monstrous side, consisting of multiple eyes and mouths but only when it's needed.
-Reaper does like to be dramatic sometimes and will growl if someone purposely mispronounce Spanish words.
-He eats souls like candy. When he's in desperate need of healing or hunger, he'll kill someone and suck their souls.
-He also has a sweet tooth and adores candy. Due to popular idea that he likes Mexican candy, he actually doesn't. He's a sucker for Blow Pops, Skittles, and chocolates. Hates Caramel though.
-He actually did care for McCree, he was just rough at times because he doesn't understand how to care for kids. He still regrets that McCree lost his arm under his supervision. And he doesn't want to admit that he cared.
-Reaper can actually dance. Lucio and him occasionally have dance offs even though it usually ends in a tie. Each time.

-Besides being farsighted, his eyes will start burning after doing his Ult for a long amount of time.

Okay, here's a few, will probably come up with more later
Ana loves hot teas. A lot. Whenever she had an at least semi-permanent place she lived she always had a large and impressive collection that she'd collected from literally all around the world. She's a bit of a snob about it too, turning up her nose at most of the typical grocery store fare.
In addition to the other languages she already spoke, she took it upon herself to start learning German after meeting Reinhardt. She can converse passably in it, but her accent is atrocious.
She doesn't like to drink not only because she doesn't like being out of control, but also because she's kind of angry and aggressive when she's drunk.
After Fareeha she decided she didn't want more biological children - how long she had to be away from active duty made her (and everyone else who had to live around her) crazy, and as much as she loves her daughter she didn't want to do that again.
She was always very active in working with the new/younger recruits, but was also known to on occasion bring back 'strays', younger people with a lot of potential but who'd gotten off on the wrong path. She'd advocate tirelessly for them especially when the going got rough or they screwed up, always wanting to see them succeed. It usually worked too, with only one or two cases that weren't able or didn't want to pull it together even with the help.
He doesn't talk about his family. Ever. They're either gone or shitty, no one really knows and only a couple of professors actually care.
He has both legs, but he's missing his arm, he hasn't managed to get a replacement so he usually just keeps it bandaged up. He doesn't like to talk about how he lost it.
Definitely has some un-diagnosed mental issues, most people call him a schitzo. They might be right. He has memory problems galore and has to write EVERYTHING DOWN. He doesn't display every symptom yet, but he does have moments where he seems to completely leave his head or becomes delusional, also very fidgety with a lot of nervous ticks and twitches. Should probably be seen about, but has no way to actually do that.
His hearing is horrid, if he's not looking right at you he wont hear you, he relies a lot on facial expressions and body language to get what people are saying. Used to know sign language but can't do it as well with one hand.
Lives in the shittiest van you've ever seen, probably fixed it up himself.
Has a reputation for being that fucker that will absolutely cut you if you piss him off, he's a dangerous son of a bitch but he's also pretty misunderstood, there's a good reason most people wish he'd get hit by an oncoming bus.
Despite the above, he's really mostly just a lonely, messed up kid who needs help that he isn't getting. He has the capacity to be a huge softy and is such to Lucio.
But he is incredibly possessive of him as well, scarily so, there have probably been plenty of people who have tried to warn Lucio to get out of that, but he'd never hurt his frog.
He's got an unhealthy obsession with explosives and builds home made bombs in the back of his shitmobile, he's set a few off on school grounds before, nothing major, but enough to be sent to Morrison's office.

University Gabriel Reyes Headcanons
- Teaches History and Culture - He's the one who brought Jamie to college and helped him with the finances, plus the supplies - Knows a bit of medical procedures - Has a couple of pet birds and a dog that he sometimes brings - Doesn't live too far from the campus - Owns a dark red truck that's also used for off-road - Considers Jamie as his own kid, always worried for him - Helps Jamie with his class, speaking slowly and writing everything down just for Jamie's sake - is actually the fun professor
Main Lucio Headcanons
- Suffers from PTSD, Anxiety and occasional nightmares - Completely deaf in his left ear, though he has made a headphone device that actually helps him continue making music - Has a huge fear of silence and he needs to have some type of noise. - Can't sit still, always need to be moving - Music helps him with nearly everything - Loves frogs but he loves animals in general. Frogs are just his ultimate favorite - Actually owns a frog hoodie - His hair is actually very long and poofy when not in dreads - Has the condition Synesthesia which is the production of a sense impression relating to one sense or part of the body by stimulation of another sense or part of the body. (Mainly with music)
Romulus may be a very intelligent talking dog, but he still tends to be very dog-like in the things he enjoys, he likes to play fetch, be scratched behind his ears or rubbed on the belly, he is NOT ashamed of this.
He has an extensive knowledge of chemistry, his nose is second to none at IDing and picking apart chemical compounds.
He has no memory of ever being human do to meddling with the AI that was implanted in his brain, this was done mostly for his own benefit, as they felt he would not be able to handle knowing the truth of his origins.
He gets flashes sometimes of memories though, flashes that send him whimpering and cowering.
He's been genetically modified to be MUCH more resilient than a normal dog, he has an advanced lifespan and can totally eat chocolate.
He LOVES chocolate.
Tom Babbles:
Tom has a fairly serious Hypoglycemia(low blood sugar), he manages it fairly well by keeping on top of his blood sugar numbers, but sometimes his scatter brain forgets. It's easy to tell when he's starting to fall out, as he'll get disoriented and very shaky, there's a risk of him losing consciousness if it's not taken care of the moment he shows signs.
He wont say anything about it out loud, but he tends to be very unsure and insecure about his masculinity, this has come from a lifetime of growing up with a mother who had a rather sour opinion on men. He heard much of the usual spiel and has taken a lot of it to heart, he's a bit nervous and gun shy around women because of this, Kathryn is the exception.
He loves the idea of having children, even being completely homosexual, he wants nothing more than to marry a sweet guy and settle down and adopt a pair of children.
Tom wants to be a comedian quite badly, but tends to lack the confidence to get in front of a crowd that big. He can tell joked for his friends with no problem, but a literal audence scares the shit out of him. He has taken a fondness to the idea of making videos and posting them on the web though, his videos would probably be a fairly colorful collection of things.

Always enjoys wearing leather jackets and tight pants, even though it's probably out of fashion
Is actually an Omnic who took the role of being human to blend in better after the Crisis.
The real Michael that was part of Deadlock actually died when he was younger and everything was placed into an Omnic in an attempt to keep him alive. It worked.
He was also experimented on to try and copy some creatures that were seen around the world (Gabriel, Heph, Raphael). It sort of worked.
When transformed, he's about 9 ft tall with 6 robotic wings with a sword and a crossbow.
How he hides all that is a mystery, even to him.
He doesn't show that side much unless it's absolutely necessary
Has only transformed once just to see if it worked
George has a terrible habit of calling people even a year younger "kiddo" it's not that he disrespects them or doesn't think of them as mature, it's just in his mind everyone younger is just "kiddo" it's just one of those things. He was definitely spoken to about it by Gabe and Jack, as both are unfortunately younger.
Definitely will deny he's bisexual till the end. Like Ansell is just like one off deal. Totally bisexual tho. Like doesn't even realize he's checking out both sexes as they walk by.
George can't throw clothes away, he's tried but they're still perfectly fine, even the threadbare stretched out tank tops he's often caught in, literally his clothes are so comfy tho. Like George has mad Boyfriend Sweater game.
Is a super submissive partner in the bedroom ;D If u kno what I mean. Very willing to try anything once.
Tol. Knows that he's Tol. Will get things from top shelf for you. Stands up straight all the time. House seems built for the Tol.
Drinks, a lot. Doesn't seem like an alcoholic, is probably an alcoholic. Smokes when stressed or drinking. Also drinks when stressed. Don't like letting people see it though.
Ansell's Weirdness:
Good sense of humor, probably likes puns. No scratch that definitely likes puns, and tongue twisters. Germans fucking love making tongue twisters, their language is super fucking hard on the tongue. He will teach you tongue twisters in German.
Good with Animals. Probably picks up stray cats, and dogs and has droves of seagulls and crows following him.
Freak in the sheets. U like the kink? Ansell has it for u.
Definitely pulls the cute act when he wants something. Like don't get fooled he will fucking kill u, but will totally be a cinnamon roll to get something from u. Probably food or blankets.
Though she is dedicated utterly and completely to her work and wouldn't trade it in for anything, she still feels a fair bit of remorse for never having settled down and having a family of her own. She feels its a bit too late at this point to start, so she unconsciously mothers those under her care to compensate.
She always has candy stored away in her office somewhere, both to satisfy her sweet tooth and to give to patients (the squirrely ones who manage to behave themselves well especially).
She loves to play dress up and get pretty. Always has. This is made most obvious by how absurdly excited she gets over Halloween.
Loves jazz music, especially swing jazz. Will sometimes even dance to it when no one else is around. She is not a good dancer, thus the fact she only does it in private.
Not terribly open about it, but she is very religious. Mercy may not be the type you see in church every Sunday, but that does not mean she is without faith. She prefers to show her faith through actions rather than words. She hates preaching without practice, and finds it offensive.
