Pilgrim of another kind

The few remaining drop ships they had were used sparingly, but to get to Nepal's mountain sanctuaries efficiently one needed something that flew. So here they were heading for that wretched hive of Omnics. Hanzo and Reaper had been selected for the mission, they were both well versed in stealth operations and they would need that skill. Whiskey had found something about a mission to Nepal, with what Talon had been doing with God AIs Zenyatta had pushed them to assist the monks there.

The archer attempted to meditate as he felt the ship closing in on their destination, it was hard to quell the rage. This was the place his brother had truly come to die. The body had gone, but the spirit too had been cleansed. It made him sick to think of it all. He picked his bow up, rolling his shoulders. He'd been offered some equipment from Overwatch for the snowy weather, to help them slip in. He had taken none of it, choosing a rather odd outfit, the wolf's pelt probably being the oddest, but the rest of it traditional as could be and clean white. At least it would blend in with the snow.

He glanced over towards he partner on this venture, The Reaper; Hanzo'd seen him simply disappear into smoke, must make it easy to sneak around when you have no foot steps. Fascinating. The ship settled near enough taht it's door would act like a bridge so it could swiftly escape detection. They didn't want to tip off whoever was here. Not yet anyway.

Since his last mission, Reaper has been slightly slow in his movements. The EMP from Heph messed with his abilities and overall health. Though he has refused any sort of help. Now he's on his next mission to Nepal with Hanzo. Something about someone sneaking in to do something? The details weren't clear. All he knows is that he has to be careful. Easy.

This time instead of all black, he's wearing white. To blend in better with the snow. Reaper stood near Hanzo, face hidden behind the chrome mask. Once the ship reached its destination, Reaper moved to walk across the door and onto the cobblestone. He then glanced back at Hanzo, waiting for him to follow so they can start.

The glow of the Shambali Sanctum was inviting in the midst of the biting cold. Gladly enough, the slowly ambling herd of monks and pilgrims wafting in and out of the building offered an ample opportunity for him to slip into it undetected. Or so he would have flattered himself if he wasn't aware of the increased Overwatch activity in the area. The thought of agent eyes on him had his fingers working in subtle patterns by his side, ready to bolt to the holstered opioid gun even at the slightest provocation.

Once inside, his visor got to work, running calculations on the space around him. At first glance, the main hall with its buttery lighting and faint feel of incense mixed with an odd prayer seemed too exposed to be the source of any interesting finds. However, the anomaly his visor picked up from the main hall's center platform indicated a different story.

Mantis tugged at his hood to better conceal the faint green glow of his visor and brought his hands together before his skinny torso, creating a perfect facade of a man deep in meditation as he moved along the side of the room, to run a deeper scan on the room and its possible connection to both the rumored God AI as well as to an archive of sorts. The omnics must have been running one in the depths of their operation - no matter how spiritual and detached from such earthly things they fancied themselves.

Hanzo scaled a wall and pulled back the string on his bow, listening and waiting for a moment. His eyes noted a slightly different gait to one of the pilgrims. Most were solemn they were here for prayer and meandered through the temples sanctums in peace. This man had a purpose in his motions. He glanced back at Reaper, and gave a motion with his hand to inform him he'd spotted the target. At least he figured it was likely their target. Over the com he spoke. "I am going to a balcony to enter, blend in with the pilgrims move in behind the man in green," he murmured and then leaped off his position to climb up a wall and ease along ledges to the balcony.

"Tell me if something new comes up." That seemed it as he slipped in through the open egress. The archer slipped the bow over his body to make it easier to move through the hall. He passed from column to column, looking around the corner and looking over the rather unique holographic projection. He didn't know any of the omnic language, but it seemed to have some kind of spiritual meaning...not that machines had any spirit to speak of.

The bow was slipped off his bow and knocked an arrow. "Have you our target in your sights?" he whispered into the com.
