Finding the Underworld(OPEN)

Admittedly, Jamison was probably not the best agent to send ahead, his silhouette was not exactly easily concealed and he was far from stealthy. But here he was.

"hooley dooley, did they ever send the wrong bloke..." He wanted to be confident, really he did, but it was hard to when you were going on vague information and just hoping to stumble upon something promising. Not to mention the last time he'd been here with Lucio had ended in disaster, but he supposed Jack knew what he was doing, "better not be main' me bait..." He grumbled, remembering the incident with Hush and Los Muertos. He had his eyes as alert as they could be as he tried his best attempt at stealth, holding his weapon close to his chest, just in case, he would at least have some kind of protection.

Lucio hated that they're here again, but at least he's not alone. He has Jamie, McCree and some others with them this time, so nothing should go terribly wrong, right? He also hated that Jamie had to go on ahead without them, but McCree went to follow far behind, mainly because of his eye-sight. Right, Jesse's farsighted so he should be able to take care of Jamie, just in case. He'll stay behind though, making sure to keep everyone on his right side as he fidgets with his weapon. "I hope they'll be okay," Lucio mumbled with a small frown.

McCree followed behind Junkrat, trying to walk quietly as he keeps his Peacekeeper close. Maybe he should have taken off the spurs so they wouldn't make a lot of noise. Gotta keep the kid close. He kept by the buildings, as hidden as he could be.

Jack hadn't sent Junkrat alone, and like hell would he be bait the old soldier walked with the team, his rifle in his arms he wasn't about to be caught unaware this time. They'd been tipped off to some activity here by one of Whiskey's leads, and he hoped they were in time to stop whatever horrible thing they were planning. Seemed they were at the well of Ilios, curious. 76 monitored Jamie from vantage points only he could reach, his rifle was good at medium range so that's where he stayed back but he always had eyes on Junkrat. /Reporting no activity yet, anything on the back team McCree? Lucio?...Zen..Zenyatta?/ He was still not sure why the omnic had come. Something about offering harmony.

"All is well, this place is wonderful, there is a sense of peace," offered the Omnic as he followed after Lucio and McCree, 76 and Junkrat were the forward team, scouts if you will and the other three were the back team. It seemed imperative to keep medics back further and Jesse had better aim that way, while 76 could remain generally undetectable given his expertise in the area. Zenyatta however was not so stealthy, he floated along almost blissful in his way. "We will however keep you informed."

"Ma'm...they're here." Paval reported, his crows had already found the Overwatch agents sneaking about.

"Oh, I'm well aware. Things are going exactly as I planned them Paval." Tamara took another sip from her wine as the cranes began to lower into the well. "Tell me, is that Omnic monk with them?" Her spy master nodded and Tamara smirked. "Well, won't they be in for a surprise. To think all the effort we put into trying to get into the Temple of Anubis and this was right here, under our nose." One of the engineers reported that they had made contact with their target and had the hooks attached to what they were looking for. "Excellent, be careful on the way up, we don't want to damage it."

Junkrat was more than a little anxious, it felt far too easy, just waltzing right in? Surely it couldn't be as simple as swooping in to stop the dreaded Talon, he wasn't smart, but he also wasn't stupid, and this whole ordeal had him on edge.

At least he wasn't alone, he supposed, he'd spotted Jack keeping an eye on him a little bit ago. The presence of Jack made it much more imperative that he not utterly screw up, he glanced upwards and rose a brow, muttering over his communicator to Jack, "wot's with th'birds? 'ow common are crows in Greece, sir?" He'd spotted one, two, heading back towards the well, probably nothing, but he felt it was worth mentioning.

Both McCree and Lucio glanced up at the mention of crows and Jesse raised an eyebrow. "Follow those birds, I don't think they're common here at all," Jesse said over the communicator as his hand tightens on his weapon, while Lucio followed behind, his crossfade ability on healing just in case. "Otherwise it's quiet back here, no movements that I could see." Lucio made sure to keep Zenyatta close, smiling at him occasionally as the three continued on.

"How do you stay afloat like that for so long?" Lucio said quietly, trying to calm his nerves as he stays near Zenyatta. The support gotta stick together unless needed. He kept his eyes peeled though, making sure that they don't get ambushed from behind.

"/Yeah, I know these birds, I'm starting to think they use them to spy, they're not native here; right so we're already discovered that makes our surprise less of one. We go in to surround, Junkrat circle around the outer perimeter of the Well towards the north, I'll meet you there, McCree, Lucio and Zenyatta you'll come in from the more direct round, we'll create a pinch,/" Jack explained his plan as he hustle to get to the meet up point he'd reconvene with Jamie at.

Zenyatta tilted his head. "I might say it is my harmony with the elements, but the explanation is magnetism," he replied as he gave a small giggle. "Ah these birds are not native? They are very ominous, we will be prepared." The orbs that orbited around his neck gave a soft glow as he put his hands together. "Lets us walk in harmony, and put at peace our souls."

"Now ma'm?" Paval asked, setting a case on the table and opening it. "My crows found Agent Morrison on a roof top." He said as Tamara picked up one of the cylinders. The cranes continued to slowly draw up their load and the tip began to appear. Soon, a massive statue resembling a robed man with a helmet was unearthed. Tamara motioned to an engineer who quickly inserted one of the Sombra drives into it. What was once a series of glowing blue lines were quickly replaced by a steely gray color.

"Ma'm the Sombra programming has been uploaded. Hades is ours." The engineer said with a salute. Tamara laughed and finished her glass of wine.

"Excellent, have Hades activate, there's at least one Omnic in the area and I would like them to come and assist us." She said, the monolithic statue sent out a pulse that would put all Omnics within the city into a suggestable state and have them assemble around the God AI.

Junkrat felt relief when the responses from his teammates confirmed that he was not the only one who noticed the crows overhead, but the realization of what that meant made him tense and hyper alert, "keep eyes on yer backs back there." His worried were confirmed by Morrison's words and he nodded, changing his course to match the new orders, "me sense of impendin' doom is acting up bad..." He muttered softly, mostly to himself, trying to breath to calm his nerves.

He was quiet as he could be as he slipped around the path he'd been instructed to take, swallowing and getting wide eyed when he caught a glimpse of what they were hauling out of that hole, "now mate, I don't know tech from an 'ole in th'ground...But I think we're in some trouble..." He stopped when he found the place he'd been told to meet up with Jack, "I'm in position, sir."

"Right, on our way," McCree said in response to the plan before looking at the two medics. "You two, stay close to me. Once they know that we have supports, they're going to try and get you first." With that, he'll motion the two to follow as Lucio activates the crossfade again so they can get there a little quicker.

"Magnetism, huh? Thought it would be the harmony that kept you afloat, that's so cool though," Lucio responded to Zenyatta with a smile. "We're going to do great." Hopefully. He'll make sure to stay near both McCree and Zenyatta. In all honesty, Zenyatta's giggles could cure everything. Too bad it doesn't though. Would be nice.

76 rendezvoused with Junkrat and started to slink in on the well, they knew they were here but whether that meant they were doomed to failure or had a shot was yet to be decided. He looked to Junkrat. "/We're in position, eyes up everyone, move in keep a low profile./" he said on the coms and soon he was aiming his rifle at Tamara and Paval. "Looks like we finally caught up to you," he muttered. Visor ready for activation.

"Indeed, it would be an impressive feat for sheer tranquility alone to keep me afloat," he said with a pleasant tone. They were coming upon the well. The God AI's presence did not go unnoticed. "They appear to have some form of artificial intelligence that is seeking to override Omnic minds, be at east however as I am not effected by this form of control, I have shed such connections and programming." He was rather concerned however. "We should do our best to destroy it however, lest it incite violence among other omnics unaware of it's control."

"Ma'm, it's not affecting the monk...The God AI is not working on their Omnic ally." Paval relayed from one of his crows. "And they're onto our plans, they're surrounding us ma'm." Tamara let out a sigh and left her wine glass on the table.

"Most irritating...Hide and activate a Super Soldier shutdown and load Hades into a ship...Quickly!" She said, barely raising her voice. Her men still feared her as a transport vessel landed and the soldier began to move the monolith into it.

"Ma'm, do you want us to leave another Fusion Bomb?" A soldier asked from the transport, they had one loaded and sealed, just in case.

"No, we don't want to destroy another city. There has to be some world left for us to control. Additionally, some of our...investors, were displeased with our actions in Hollywood." Tamara said as her and Paval boarded the ship. One of her men activated the signal that would send an incredibly high pitched signal into the heads of anyone modified with the drugs used in the Super Soldier project, a cocktail they managed to get the formula of from Reaper. They discovered that the chemical compound made some alterations to plenty of things, including the brain, and that a specific frequency could be debilitating to minds affected by the project.

"Ma'm...we're not all gonna fit on the ship... What are we supposed to do?" One of the soldiers realized, given how much space the God AI took up.

"Cover our retreat. You're sacrifices will not be in vain men." Tamara said, smiling as the ship's door closed and the transport slowly retreated to Talon HQ.

The noise felt like an ice pick in his head, Jack screamed as he dropped his rifle and collapsed to his knees. His com was just him wailing, left open. He curled up and grabbed at the grass under his fingers, god what was that? What was that? what technology? He couldn't see straight, he couldn't think there was just the aching noise. It wouldn't stop. "...M-Mccre...." he managed through his pain. "S...H-ellp...S....wrong..." He could barely get the words out, as he grabbed at his head. "h...help..."
